Pak 999 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Our Rules

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Pak 999 platform — whether through our website at pak999.biz or any related mobile interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the Pak 999 platform, including visitors who browse without registering. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and, if you have an account, contact our support team to request closure.

Pak 999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of Pak 999 after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We strongly encourage all members to review this page periodically.

To register and use a Pak 999 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Pak 999 strictly prohibits access by minors. If we discover that a minor has registered an account, the account will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where accessing Pak 999 does not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from Pak 999 through our self-exclusion programme or who has had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete personal information. False registration details — including names, addresses, date of birth, and contact information — are grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each Pak 999 account must represent a real individual acting in their own name and for their own benefit.

One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is the rule. Pak 999 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and return only the original deposited funds, with any bonus balances and winnings derived from duplicated accounts forfeited.

As a registered Pak 999 member, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone — including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to represent Pak 999 support.

Account Security

• Do not write your password down or store it in an easily accessible location on your device.
• Pak 999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any such request is fraudulent.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if it is available on your account settings. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify Pak 999 support immediately at support@pak999.biz. We will suspend the account pending investigation.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Remaining balance (excluding any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via your most recently used payment method.

Pak 999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful behaviour.

All transactions on Pak 999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process, and Pak 999 does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted Payment Methods

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into the same account. Pak 999 applies this rule to prevent money laundering and to protect all members.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. The maximum single withdrawal amount may vary depending on your account verification tier and will be communicated in your account settings.
• Pak 999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests. Verified accounts experience faster processing times.
• Withdrawals are not processed if there are active wagering requirements on bonus funds in your account. You must either fulfil the wagering requirement or forfeit the bonus before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Pak 999 does not accept funds from third parties. Deposits must come from an account registered in your own name.

Pak 999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms outlined in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering requirements apply to all deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 10x the bonus amount on qualifying bets at minimum odds of 1.60.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet on your Pak 999 account. They become available as real withdrawable funds only once the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the specific promotion — usually 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Pak 999 uses verification systems to identify and prevent duplicate bonus claims.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that are later voided (e.g., due to a match cancellation) will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Pak 999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.

All sports bets placed on Pak 999 are subject to these general betting rules, as well as sport-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. Where there is a conflict between general and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

Bet Acceptance & Confirmation

A bet is only considered valid once Pak 999 has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. Bets placed during a system error, pricing error, or technical outage may be voided at Pak 999's sole discretion. You will be notified of any such voids and your stake returned.

Odds

• Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to the bet.
• If "Request a Bet" or "Custom Bet" features are used, the quoted odds are valid only for the duration stated and may be declined if market conditions change significantly.
• Obvious pricing errors — where an odds price is clearly and materially different from the fair market value — will result in bets being voided, with stakes returned.

Void, Cancelled & Postponed Events

• If a match is postponed for fewer than 48 hours and then played, bets typically remain valid. Postponements of more than 48 hours result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is abandoned before the conclusion and an official result is not declared, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned — except for markets where the outcome was already determined before the abandonment.
• Results are settled based on the official result from the relevant governing body or competition organiser. Pak 999 does not accept liability for errors in third-party data used to settle markets.

In-Play / Live Betting

In-play betting markets update in real time based on match events. Pak 999 takes all reasonable steps to keep live odds accurate, but in the event of a significant data delay, live markets may be suspended temporarily. Bets placed on suspended markets are not accepted. If a bet is inadvertently accepted during a data delay, Pak 999 reserves the right to void such bets.

All casino games, live dealer games, Ludo games, slot games, and other interactive games on Pak 999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or involve real dealers operating from regulated studios. Outcomes are determined by fair, verifiable processes that Pak 999 does not manipulate.

Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, disconnections, or hardware failures — all affected rounds are void and stakes are returned. Wins generated as a direct result of a game malfunction will not be paid. Pak 999 is not liable for any losses incurred due to malfunctions, and the "malfunction voids all pays" rule applies across all game types.

Ludo Games

Pak 999's Ludo games involve real PKR stakes. By joining a Ludo table, you confirm that you understand the game rules and accept the risk of losing your stake. The minimum and maximum stake limits for each Ludo table are displayed before you join. Pak 999 does not allow collusion between Ludo players — any evidence of coordinated play will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

Live Casino

Live casino results are determined by the real-time actions of live dealers streaming from regulated studios. Pak 999 is not responsible for dealer errors that are corrected before the round is complete — final dealer declarations constitute the official result. Audio and video quality issues on the player's end do not constitute grounds for void rounds.

Tools Available to All Pak 999 Members

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time limits — Set a maximum continuous session length. Pak 999 will send you a reminder and, if you do not respond, log you out automatically.
• Cooling-off periods — Take a break from betting for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from Pak 999 by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the period you request.
• Reality checks — Periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Pak 999 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and in most cases permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances:

1. Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that mimics human betting behaviour to gain unfair advantage.
2. Arbitrage betting — placing bets across Pak 999 and other platforms in a systematic way designed to exploit price differences rather than to engage in genuine entertainment betting.
3. Opening or using multiple accounts, whether personally or through family members or associates, to claim multiple bonuses or evade account restrictions.
4. Funding your Pak 999 account with proceeds from any form of fraudulent, illegal, or criminal activity, or using the platform to launder funds.
5. Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or Ludo games to manipulate outcomes.
6. Attempting to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Pak 999 platform, including other users' accounts.
7. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documents during verification processes.
8. Using someone else's payment method to fund your Pak 999 account without their explicit knowledge and consent.
9. Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your Pak 999 account to another person.
10. Any conduct that Pak 999 reasonably considers harmful to the platform, its other members, or the integrity of any game or sporting event.

All content on the Pak 999 platform — including but not limited to the Pak 999 brand name, logo, website design, software, games, text, graphics, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Pak 999 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Pak 999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Pak 999 content without prior written consent.

In summary, Pak 999 collects the personal information necessary to provide our services, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable regulations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data with trusted service providers only where necessary to operate the platform, and only under appropriate data processing agreements.

Pak 999 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of live odds data, or the absence of errors in game software (which is the responsibility of our licensed game providers).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pak 999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from system downtime, data errors, payment delays caused by third-party processors, or your reliance on any information provided on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Pak 999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Pak 999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, Pak 999 will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material amendments — such as corrections to formatting or language — may be made without notice.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes about the existence, validity, or termination of the agreement — shall first be subject to Pak 999's internal dispute resolution process, which aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through Pak 999's internal process, it may be escalated through the channels described in our support documentation. Pak 999 encourages all members to raise concerns directly with our support team before pursuing any other avenue, as the vast majority of issues are resolved quickly and to the member's satisfaction.
