Logging In to Pak 999 — What You Need to Know
Signing back into your Pak 999 account should be quick and uncomplicated — and it is. But there are a few things worth knowing about how login works at Pak 999, especially if you are accessing the platform from a new device or after a period away.
The first time you log in on a new device, Pak 999 may ask you to verify your identity via an SMS code sent to your registered mobile number. This is a security step designed to prevent unauthorised access to your account — particularly important given that your account holds a real PKR balance. The verification code expires within 10 minutes, so have your phone handy when logging in from a new device.
Pak 999 offers three login methods to suit different preferences. Mobile number plus password is the most common method — it is fast and straightforward. Email plus password works identically and is useful if you prefer using your email as your primary identifier. OTP login — where you request a one-time code sent directly to your registered mobile — is the most secure method and is recommended if you are concerned about password security or are logging in on a shared device.
If you have enabled two-factor authentication on your Pak 999 account, you will always be asked for a verification code after entering your credentials, regardless of which login method you use. Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended for all Pak 999 accounts and can be enabled in your account security settings.
Sessions on Pak 999 have a built-in timeout. If your account is left inactive for an extended period, you will be automatically logged out as a security measure. This protects your account balance in situations where you might accidentally leave the platform open on a shared device or phone. The "Keep me signed in" option extends this timeout on trusted personal devices.
Important: If you ever receive a message claiming to be from Pak 999 asking for your password, username, or OTP — it is a scam. Pak 999 staff will never ask for this information. Report suspicious messages to support@pak999.biz immediately.
